This Journey of Trust

This journey of trust I had to take

Where my plans failed and new choices made

Has molded my view of past mistakes

And forged a will to push forward

This journey of trust I had to follow

Led to unexpected dreams and prayers

The cave of my heart, which seemed so hollow

Is back to life, with love and joy

This journey of trust I had to make

Whilst countless tears of confusion streamed

As the borders lined continue to shake

The peace inside remains unscathed

This journey of trust I am still in

Shook my views yet restored my faith

It molded my heart from deep within

It gave me peace I cannot explain
